Advertising, analytics & cookies

This site is operated by Takenick Innovation and is monetised with Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-6107920752857014). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate usage analytics, and may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising and measurement pixels. Under Google Consent Mode v2, advertising and analytics storage are denied by default for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland until consent is granted through Google's or AdSense's consent messaging; for visitors in other regions, these services initialise under the site's default (granted) consent configuration, and you can change your choice at any time. They may set cookies and process limited data such as your IP address and device or browser details to measure and personalise advertising. You can change your choice at any time using the controls provided by the Google AdSense Privacy & Messaging consent message, where available. Where Advanced Consent Mode is enabled, Google tags may still transmit limited cookieless consent and measurement signals while advertising and analytics storage remain denied; storage and personalisation follow your consent choice, so this does not guarantee that nothing reaches Google before you consent. Ad slots are placed automatically by Google AdSense Auto ads (manual ad units are no longer used), and consent in regions that require it is handled by Google's certified Consent Management Platform (IAB TCF), not a custom cookie banner. Cloudflare's Google Tag Gateway delivers Google tag resources through this site's domain and forwards measurement requests to Google. Cloudflare handles those requests as part of providing the gateway. A first-party URL does not mean the information stays only with us: Google remains the analytics and advertising provider. Consent choices are handled by the consent system described here; delivery through the gateway and script loading order do not establish that consent has been granted.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits, loading speed and responsiveness. Its beacon sends page and performance information to Cloudflare, including URL paths, browser/device information and timing metrics; performance diagnostics can include resource URLs and element selectors. Cloudflare documents that this measurement does not use cookies or localStorage and does not fingerprint visitors. This is separate from Google Analytics and advertising measurement. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

This Privacy Policy explains how calctoolsbase.com, operated by Takenick Innovation, based in India and serving a global audience, handles information when you use our browser-based calculator library.

Important: the numbers and text you type into calculator forms are processed in your browser. They are not submitted to our server as calculator inputs.

1. What the site is

calctoolsbase is a static calculator website. Calculator pages download HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the calculation runs locally in your browser. There are no user accounts, no saved calculator history, no uploads, and no checkout flow.

2. Information we may process

Calculator inputs: processed locally in your browser and not intentionally transmitted to us.
Standard page-delivery data: our hosting/CDN infrastructure may process IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamps, and similar technical data to deliver the page and protect the service.
Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregate page usage, referrers, device/browser information, approximate location, and traffic patterns.
Advertising data: Google AdSense and Google advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and, where allowed, ad personalization.
Messages you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-6K77M8VY9W. GA4 may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish users and sessions, and it may process page URL, page title, referrer, approximate location, device/browser data, and similar usage information.

We do not send calculator form values to GA4 as custom events. If you arrive through a URL containing campaign or search parameters, such as utm_, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or fbclid, those URL parameters may be visible in analytics and server/CDN logs.

4. Google AdSense and Google advertising

We are a Google AdSense publisher using publisher ID ca-pub-6107920752857014. Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses, and use similar technologies as a result of ad serving on this site.

Ads may be contextual, non-personalized, or personalized depending on your region, consent choices, Google settings, and Google's ad-serving rules. Ads are not calculator recommendations and should not be treated as professional advice.

5. Google Ads and Meta Ads traffic

We may promote calctoolsbase using Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Those platforms process ad impressions, clicks, and campaign reporting on their own services under their own policies. On calctoolsbase itself, we use Google AdSense, GA4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics, with Google tag delivery through Cloudflare's gateway; we do not currently load Meta Pixel, Facebook SDK, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or session-replay tools.

If we later add a site-side advertising pixel or conversion tag, this policy will be updated before or when that change goes live.

6. Cookies and consent

We do not set custom first-party cookies for accounts or preferences. Google scripts may set first-party cookies on this domain for analytics and third-party advertising cookies or identifiers for ad serving. See the Cookie Policy for examples and controls.

Where legally required, consent choices for advertising cookies and similar technologies may be handled through Google AdSense privacy/consent tools. The site remains usable even if personalized ads are not enabled.
